This site, now in its 27th season, is a labour of love and fun from one of Ottawa's most avid time trialists and number crunchers. It adheres to and is permitted by the laws of Canada, promotes the objectives of every bicycle club whose results are shown, and is donated free of charge by myself for your enjoyment and usage. If you would like results from series you ride in to be shown here, give me (celia.mcinnis@gmail.com) a shout!
NOTE that this site had to be quickly moved to a new server with a new version of Perl. Unfortunately the way of interacting with the web form has changed, so I'll have to do some reprogramming to get the buttons and search boxes working. Meanwhile the links work fine and you can always add query specifications into the URL! :-)

Some great riding tonight. You may click here to see a graph of the season's performances of the top three men and women. Note that Erika set a new PB as well as an all-time best for the VCF category, while Sara Domina improved by almost 1.7km/h to set a year best in the SEF category. Michael Nash tied his season's best in his third sub-19 minute time trial. Alison rode well after a very successful couple of weekends of racing. Despite the relatively high air pressure, this was the 5th fastest, in terms of the average of the average speeds, databased OTT evening thus far in terms of the average of the average speeds, surpassed only by 2008-Jun-26, 2007-Aug-23, 1998-Jun-25 and 1999-Sep-02. You can see all of these days on the same page by visiting here. There were excellent improvements in OTT 2008 performances - with seven riders bettering their previous 2008 OTT best speed by more than 10%! The most improved of these was young rider Derek Gee, who ranks very close to the top in the all-time PWM results. It is wonderful to see such a varied collection of males and females of all speeds and ages - from 11 to 80 - out there having fun competing. Check out the age handicapped times after applying the OBC Age Handicap Method of 2003. It is also interesting to see how the British VTTA method might apply both age and gender handicaps to our times tonight.
